RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise* within 14 days from the date of delivery.
* You have 14 days to return NEW, still in packaging, Merchandise for a refund.
* 5 days to contact us about any damaged items in your shipment
* No refunds given on Special Order Items
* Personalized, Heat Pressed, and Monogrammed items are FINAL SALE
* No returns accepted on any merchandise out of the SALE or CLEARANCE category

For Basic Returns
Place item (s) in a sturdy shipping package. Include a copy of the Packaging Slip in your package.
***Note: The Original shipping charges incurred for your purchases AND the charge for returning unwanted items
Is not refundable.
For damaged, defective, or missing merchandise returns:
The customer is responsible for inspecting and counting merchandise at the time of the delivery.
Claims for missing, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Customer Service within
5 days of delivery. A picture of the damaged and/or defective merchandise must be sent to

A Customer Service Representative will contact you with further instructions.

*PLEASE NOTE*
Merchandise Condition & Packaging- items must be in the same condition in which they were received to ensure a full credit. Items must be returned in original packaging, including accessories.
Special Order Items- Customer Special Orders (large quantities, items ordered for you specifically) may not be returned. This includes items shipped from another facility. If quantity ordered is more than 10, it is considered a SPECIAL ORDER. You may call Customer Service at any time to discuss Special orders.
Personalized, Heat Pressed & Monogrammed Items- Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned. Choosing a heat press color to “personalize” your item is a FINAL SALE. In addition, once an order for a monogrammed or personalized item has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
SALE ITEMS- Any item that is purchased out of our “SALE” category cannot be returned or exchanged.
Past 14 Days- Returns received after 14 days from delivery will incur a 15% restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund.
After 30 days, you will incur a 25% restocking fee.
